MxP2188 MATRIMIX PAGING SYSTEM ( VER.2 )
Introduction
MxP2188 is a Matrix Controller featuring 8 inputs and 8 outputs configuration. With the new updated firmware ( eff. Dec 09 ), they can be cascaded further to cater fo 8 input and 128 outputs setup. More user friendly menu has been loaded, together with harmonised protocols that enables it to be used with PD2400 and PD2800 paging desks.
MxP2188 caters for a more delicate requirements of a PA installation where every zone shall have flexibility over choice and taste of what should be listened to. It shall be able to cater for small or larger setup of up to 128 zones. Amongs places that uses Matrix system shall be offices, club houses, bangalows or villas, shopping centres as well as entertainment centres.
While conventional matrix system only perform signal routing, MxP2188 does more than that. Essential features for a commercial PA system such as emergency overriding, remote mic zone selection, audio monitoring, chime and recording are available as an integral part of the unit.

Note : For cascading exceeding 4 units, please use DA2208 Signal Distribution Amplifer for
input audio distribution before connecting to each MxP2188 controller.
